Andrey Ilingin

Andrey graduated from the Togliatti Academy of Management in 2012 with a degree in organization management.

In parallel with his education in Togliatti, Andrei studied at the Canadian business school Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario on the course "Entrepreneurship".

After graduating from the university, Andrey assembled and headed a team of business simulators for the RANEPA.

Remaining in the industry, for two years in 2013–2014 Andrey was a co-founder and commercial director of MG System (an EdTech company, business simulator developer). Within the company, being responsible for sales, attracting sponsorship for federal championships in business management and increasing market share among schools in Togliatti and Samara, reached 25%. In 2014, a spin-off project Quizly appeared in the company, in which Andrey attracted investments from IIDF and ensured the passage of a three-month acceleration and then left the company.

In 2015, Andrey became a co-founder and commercial director of Q.E.D. Consulting, specializing in consulting and training for the sale of IT products using the Solution Selling methodology. Cooperating with such clients as Microsoft, Yandex, IIDF and Softline, Andrey brought the company to operating profit from the first day of work, ensured the growth of the team by 7 times per year and implemented more than 20 consulting projects on launching SaaS solutions, creating partner programs, opening call centers and packaging for IT products.

From 2017 to 2021, Andrey was the director of the Yaklass educational company in Russia and the CIS, responsible for all management aspects of the company, reporting to shareholders and managing the staff, which in November 2020 amounted to 200 people. During the 2019–2020 academic year, the number of Yaklass employees increased 3.9 times.

In 2021 he founded RIFGO, a streaming platform for educational content creators.
