The fundamental principles of the University 360 model are as follows: focus on people and their needs; reliance on a partner network; quickly compiled learning paths; self-regulation and crediting the results of formal and information education through the use of partner network; learning at the location of activity; preserving the competitiveness of fundamental education.

The key model elements are as follows: market approach, tutorship, new cost recovery models, credit transfer, partnership, educational brokerage.
