Vitaly Altukhov

Co-founder, Director of Development and Research, Profilum, Russia

Graduated from the State Academic University of the Humanities under the Institute of Psychology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2000–2005) majoring in social and economic psychology and obtained his HSE master’s degree in measurements in psychology and education.

His interests cover psychometrics and development of tests, vocational guidance and career advancement, labor market studies, HR and organizational consulting, employee performance review, social and economic psychology, research in the areas of psychology and education.
