Ekaterina Barabanova
Chief Learning Officer, Rostelecom
Ekaterina heads the Knowledge Management Department at Rostelecom. She is responsible for personnel development strategy, creation of knowledge ecosystem, employee training programs, new training and development formats, evaluation projects.
Previously, she headed the direction of distance learning at MTS, developed a learning culture in the company, introduced digital learning tools.
Prior to joining HR, Ekaterina worked in the field of media and communications. She launched media projects at the Digital October Center, produced programs on Mayak Radio and Business FM.
