An expert in the development of entrepreneurial education, the creation and development of entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems.
In 2014, she joined the Almaty Management University team. In the seven years of operation, the School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation has become a pioneer in the development of an academic ecosystem for entrepreneurial education in Kazakhstan. The school's team has developed and is implementing tools for the active development of entrepreneurial education for teachers and students of the country, offering the first in Kazakhstan BA course in entrepreneurship. At the initiative of the "ERG" company, it is implementing a regional project "An Ecosystem of Student Entrepreneurship" to promote youth entrepreneurship and support entrepreneurial universities.
Since 2018, as part of the "Creative Spark" project, in collaboration with the University of Northampton (UK), she has been leading a project aimed at supporting fashion entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan.
