Dr Phillips is a child neurologist and neuroimaging researcher with expertise in developmental disabilities. He is currently an Emeritus Professor and Director of Child Neurology at University of New Mexico, is a recent Senior Fulbright Scholar, and is the Medical Director of the Mind Research Network, a neuroimaging research facility. His clinical work and research focuses on brain and behavior in early child development, as well as research ethics.
