He has been involved in innovative education since 2012.
Mikhail has designed, developed and launched over 50 integrated programs for corporations, corporate and charitable foundations (Yum! Brands, Skolkovo, Sberbank, Charitable Foundation “Investment to the Future”, Charitable Foundation “Art, Science and Sports”, All-Russian Project “Ticket to the Future”, etc.).
He has initiated the career advancement program for teachers in the area of teenager self-determination “Love Do” jointly with the ministries of education in five regions: 300+ schools, 500+ teachers, coverage of over 72,200 school pupils.
Mikhail has co-authored the teenager self-determination program “Informed Choice” that has become a prize winner of the all-Russian contest of new ideas and technologies for professional self-determination of the Federal Institute for Educational Development.
He has designed, tested and launched a model of replicating the five steps of informed choice method covering 72 Russian municipalities and 9 countries of the world.
