Khassiyat Saidiganiyeva
Head of IB School, Oxbridge International School, Uzbekistan
Khassiyat is a highly qualified school principal with 15 years’ experience as an international teacher and top executive.
Among others, she worked as a deputy head at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Shymkent (Kazakhstan), an international teacher in Jakarta (Indonesia) and is currently the head of IB school – Oxbridge International School in Tashkent (Uzbekistan).
Khassiyat is an experienced MYP and DP coordinator and a teacher of IGCSE, IB MYP English, AS/A-Level Global Perspectives with 13 years’ teaching experience.
She has a bachelor’s degree in foreign philology, a TESOL certificate and received her master’s degree in educational leadership. She completed a training course on school leadership at the University of Sussex (UK). Khassiyat received a school management and leadership certificate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Harvard Business School.
Her strengths as a school principal are a vast experience and success in school creation and organization, strategic planning and development, international accreditation (CIS) and authorization (IB).
As of now, Khassiyat is the head of international school in Uzbekistan that – in the space of eight months under her leadership – became an accredited IB school and in two years of Khassiyat’s work – an IB continuum school.
She constantly looks for new challenges as a school principal in order to be continuously educated and gain new experience to help her assure sound academic background for learners.
