Anastasia has been involved in business training and HR consulting for 14 years already. During that time, she has trained several thousands of people and has given birth to a number of projects transformed into robustly operating entity-wide processes.

She developed and integrated training systems within the following companies: Diasoft, National Bank Trust, Gazprombank, Uralsib.

Anastasia worked with Sibur, NSPK (Mir payment card), Splat.

A supertraining is not enough for the level of employee competences to comply with business purposes. Only the system incorporating complementary training elements can be result-oriented. Business efficiency is, first and foremost, about performance of executives of such business. In her work, Anastasia puts special emphasis on the development of management skills.
