Clinical psychologist and crisis counselor with 15 years’ practical experience. Deals with issues of relations of a person with him/herself and with other people. Holds trainings, lectures and mediative sessions, teaches general psychology and acts as an expert in media. Helps people overcome age and personal crises and build up harmony-based relations with a wider public. One of Maria’s majors is work with teenagers.
Closely collaborates with the social sector and frequently participates in charity projects. Worked as an expert psychologist for Non-Profit Organization Ação Moradia (Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil). Worked as a psychologist and later as the head of the psychological division at Zhuravlik charity organization and Travli NET program in Moscow, Russia.
Cooperated with various charity foundations, higher, middle and primary educational institutions as part of raising psychological awareness of the public and doing the psychological alignment work to prevent bullying and violence, to develop communication skills and emotional intelligence for children, teenagers and adults. Was also involved in advanced training for students, psychologists, mental health counselors, psychiatrists, school psychologists, teachers and tutors.
Assists in building up psychological processes in business, compiles psychological profiles, performs psychological expert reviews of employees, holds corporate trainings and advises top executives and managers on developing their companies and overcoming crises, deals with emotional burn-out.
