2004–2015: associate professor at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
2011–2012: head of the Department of General and Applied Psychology of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
2015–2020: associate professor at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
From 2020 until now: associated professor at the Turan University.
Author of more than 100 academic publications. These include Psychological and Pedagogical Diagnostics of Personality (363 pages, 2021), Methods of Academic and Psychological Research (125 pages, 2017) and other textbooks.
Arranger of the annual Steps to Science children’s academic and research conference. Head of the initiative academic project “Creation of a Project Research Platform in the Conditions of Cooperation between School and University”.
Since 2017 – teaches the Psychology of Management course for learners of the MBA program at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). This course has been successfully completed by over 70 people (public officials, executives, top managers of major companies).
Since 2020 – member of the International Association of School Counseling and co-founder of the Center for Practical Psychology and Pedagogy public association.
Developed an authoring system of career guidance work with school students that covers integration of the Myers–Briggs personality type indicator and the authoring questionnaire relevant to the Groups of Educational Programs classifier of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Launched a competition of career guidance projects among school students in cooperation with the International IT University.
