According to Education Commission, by 2030 half of young people, that is 800 million people, potentially will not hold an essential set of skills and qualifications to be competitive in the job market. By means of STEAM we want to help each learner to unveil his or her potential: equip not only with required knowledge, but also with a set of skills essential for creativity, among which is a skill to learn. As part of the case-session, speakers will share how LEGO Education is already solving this ambitious challenge. The participants will learn about STEAM education potential in theory and in practice. You will get to know a universal inclusive educational system by LEGO aimed at hands-on mastering of school curriculum. In addition, we will present real life cases of employing this technology at Gymnasium №24 in Arkhangelsk.
