Reskilling: How to catch up with the changes in the job market and employees' requests

By 2030, according to World Economic Forum study, at least one billion of workers will have to professionally retrain. This is one third of the working population in the world. Reskilling, the process of acquiring new skills for a different job is a long-term trend of the future. We will try to figure out what company tasks can be solved with this approach, how reskilling enables to hire more valuable specialists and adapt those, whose profession became obsolete in the fast-paced world.
