Together with the host our participants will analyse business indicators of one EdTech project and general market situation, define red flags and offer directions and action plan to overcome business development crisis. Then the speaker himself will share the actual company risks that were disregarded, and because of which the project was at a loss, and how in fact the company managed to overcome the development crisis and doubled the revenue in a year. The participants will gain experience in analysing a business case and solving a complex business problem, learn about the development risks and ways to fix them, find out how to consistently observe business and detect patterns of developing a startup. As a result you may take a new look at your personal business project.
