David Lazaro is the Director of Edraak, an open education initiative launched by Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan in 2014, providing free online access to hundreds of in-demand skills courses for over 8 million Arab learners.

David has managed programs through his 12 years in the MENA region supporting education, teacher development, youth empowerment, refugee response and economic inclusion.
