Head of Observatory of Higher Education Innovations, Constructor University Bremen, Germany

Professor Isak Frumin (Froumin) - fellow of the International Academy of Education, head of Observatory of Higher Education Innovations at Constructor (formerly – Jacobs) University Bremen. He has been the Head of the Institute of Education at National Research University “Higher School of Economics” –– from 2011 to 2022 – one of the largest education research centers in Europe. He was also a Lead Education Specialist in the World Bank from 2000 till 2011 (working in ex-socialist countries, India and Nepal).
His research interests:
