Evgenia Hin
TRIZ teacher, Founder of project "And what if we think?"
By basic education, Evgenia Gin is a mathematician-programmer, she graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute with honors. During and after studying at the University, Evgenia worked in her specialty.
In 2010, she was certified as a TRIZ specialist by the International TRIZ Association (TRIZ stands for the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving). In 2013, she decided to leave the IT sphere for TRIZ pedagogy. Then she studied for several years with the masters of TRIZ (A. Gin, A. Kudryavtsev, S. Faer) and the authors of pedagogical schools (A. Gin and S. Gin, A. Storozhev, A. Lobok, D. Zitser, etc.). To improve her teaching skills, Evgenia completed a one-year training course for business coaches.
In recent years, Evgenia Gin has conducted about 50 training seminars for teachers and parents in different cities of the CIS, Europe, Asia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, London, Tallinn, Hanoi, Irkutsk, Kiev and many others).
She has spoken at regional and international conferences (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krakow, Seoul, etc.). She also worked at the invitation of such companies as Sberbank, MTS, Sibur, RaiffeisenBank, etc.
In 2018, she founded the international online project for parents "And what if we think?". The project participants every day receive author's tasks based on TRIZ pedagogy for the development of creative and critical thinking of children in dialogue.
