She started her career in HR in 2007 and got her first experience in recruitment consulting. A year later, she realized that she enjoyed training interns and new employees.
Since 2016, she has been working in the company "M.Video-Eldorado". She started as a contact center training manager, then became a methodologist of retail training programs, now she is the head of the operational personnel training department (retail, service and logistics functions and a contact center, total 30,000 people). She is engaged in the creation of training products that will help to realize the business goals and personal goals of each participant.
