Moty Cristal

Moty Cristal is the founder of NEST Group and the CEO of NEST Consulting. Following an illustrious career as one of Israel's leading negotiation experts, Cristal established NEST in order to bring a unique systemic approach to the world of negotiation and the benefit of his experience and success to the private and public sector.
Mr. Cristal served in various official capacities in Israel's negotiation teams. His last position was Deputy Head of the Negotiation Management Center within the Prime Minister’s office.

Since 2001, Mr. Cristal advises, consults and trains business people, top managers, CEOs and senior government officials in US, Europe,Russia, CIS and Asia in analyzing, planning and designing complex negotiation processes. His experience extends to the energy, construction, financial, technological, pharmaceutical, industrial, transportation and aeronautical sectors, and varies from complex deal-making negotiations, business cross-cultural disputes, union-management conflicts, post-merger integration, project management to business and national crisis management.

Mr. Cristal is a Lt. Colonel (R.) in the IDF, with extensive operational experience in crisis negotiation, and lectures worldwide on crisis negotiation and complex crisis management. In recent years, he expanded this skills set to deal with crises in the cyber world and negotiating with cyber criminals in various ransomware and extortion situations.

He is a founding member the Institute for Human Dynamics, (IHD), a professor for Negotiation Dynamics at SKOLKOVO, as well as a lecturer at the leading Executive MBA at the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University, and the Arison Business School at Reichman University in Herzelia.
