Malik Bayzakov
Expert in the development of abilities, tuning the mechanism of talent, Kazakhstan
Studied at Al-Farami KazSU and graduated in 1991 from the Faculty of Mechanics and Applied Mathematics.
Malik's main work was related to information systems and job training.
Since 2010 he supplied hardware complexes for diagnostics of psychophysiology indicators, prevention and relief of excessive stress. Consulted psychological services in the work with complexes for diagnostics and relaxation.
Developed his own programs for relieving visual system stress and eliminating visual problems, developing memory and attention, applicable in education as well as in the field of sport.
In particular, Malik works with strabismus, which can be corrected in a couple of weeks.
His method was developed in response to a life situation in his family: his son was diagnosed with amblyopia, which threatened the child with strabismus. With no solution in medicine, Malik figured out the physiology of vision and the brain on his own and compiled a training program for the correction of strabismus, which had positive results.
Since 2012, he has been conducting trainings to improve learning ability for various groups: from children to adults. Among them: improvement of memory, attention, imagination; removal of blocks preventing the mastery of academic subjects, languages, mathematics, movement.
In 2021 he accompanied the men's and women's teams at the World Championships in fire-applied sports, helped to relieve pre-start jitters and tension, improve sleep and proper rest, tune in to peak form in the upcoming starts. Result: 80% of participants improved personal records, updated records of Kazakhstan, won medals at the World Cup.
Currently, Malik continues to accompany the hockey club "Brigantine", revealing the mechanisms of the brain responsible for perception, accurate and rapid assessment, decision-making and its rapid physical implementation. As a result of Malik's work on the team, bullying and evaluation problems have been eradicated, and athletes' stress tolerance and ability to hold their punches and make decisions at high speed have increased. The mechanisms of personality positioning and getting out from under the bullying are being worked on.
Malik works with teachers in schools on transferring learning enhancement experiences, including inclusive education.
Married, he has three sons, which prompted Malik to become involved in human capacity development. In his work, he first of all tried to solve problems for his children, and then with the experience and results he shared with everyone.
