Zoya Zaytseva

Zoya heads partnership development and charitable activities at QS, the company behind the QS World University Rankings®.
Prior to this, she served for over a decade as a Regional Director for Eastern Europe & Central Asia, consulting universities and governments on developing international competitiveness & engagement strategies. Originally from the region, she made it her mission to spotlight local universities to the world, to help them gain visibility through university rankings and other initiatives.
She is an innovator with a keen interest in social impact with over 20 years of experience in global partnerships and reputation management. A member of several youth- and education-focused organizations, including QS World Merit Charity, Zoya is able to build relationships with stakeholders on all levels, as well as initiate impactful collaborations across multiple partners.
A recognized international speaker and moderator with a passion for Sustainable Development Goals, she now focuses on developing experiential learning programs for universities and matching organizations with Higher Education Partners.
As a secretary of the UN PRME Working Group on Climate Change & Environment, Zoya runs Climate Literacy & Action Training for educators, communities, organizations, and students (CLT-ECOS) — a winner of the Reimagine Education Award in the Sustainability category in 2021.
