Transformation occurs on several levels at the same time: way of thinking, skills and tools. New tools often are related to the way of thinking and new approaches require new set of skills. Eventually, we need to outline the role of L&D in the transformation period. Join and learn about practices that build connections between the launch of transformation projects and their support from L&D perspective. Shall education turn into a service for transformation or be a separate internal product, and how the educational approaches will have to alter if we turn to the philosophy of constant change and if L&D needs to be ahead of the transformation - find answers to these more at the session.
