Noam Gerstein

CEO and Founder of the Bina School, Germany

A serial social entrepreneur, Noam founded bina, a primary school tech-based methodology to deliver customized learning at scale. She has extensively visited elementary schools globally, interviewing students, parents, teachers, and administrators. Noam is a speaker (mainly in education conferences) and has published thought leadership articles in a number of outlets. She successfully sold her first business at 26.

She was admitted to Tel Aviv University at the age of 16 and studied a bespoke program in the philosophy of Science and Technology. As a student, she worked for "Physicians for Human Rights Israel," helped establish a free clinic for foreign workers, and fought for the medical rights of prisoners and detainees.

Noam was born in Jerusalem, now resides in Berlin and is raising two children in a quad-lingual, highly mobile setting.
