Born on December 14, 1969 in Almaty. Married. Three children.
In 1987 – graduation from secondary school No. 56 in Almaty with honors. In 1991 – graduation from the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University with honors.
After graduation, she received an experience in teaching and educational research.
In 1990–1991 – primary school teacher at secondary school No. 120 in Almaty.
In 1991–1998 – lecturer at the Department of Theory and Methods of Teaching Math and Home Economics at Primary Schools of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
In 1996–1998 – primary school math teacher at the Archimedes Iskakov Alatau Private School in Almaty.
In 1998–2001 – postgraduate studies at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
In 2001–2004 – senior lecturer at the Department of Math and Methods of Teaching Math at Primary Schools of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
