Sergey Kosaretsky

Sergey Kosaretsky has an PhD in Psychology. Author of over 100 scientific publications, often participates in and leads many research projects in the field of education.

Participates in expert activities: Council of General and Additional Education for Children; Committee on Education and Science of the State Duma of the Russian Federation; Interdepartmental Coordination Council for Additional Education and Upbringing of Children; Council for the protection of rights and social security of pedagogical and scientific workers under the State Duma Committee on Education and Science.

His research interests are in the fields of sociology of education, evidence-based education policy, regional education policy, and educational inequality.
