Different or equal: will the living index always determine quality?

The panel will discuss whether it is always the index of living that determines quality of life. Panelists will discuss a variety of views on this issue, including the impact of economic well-being, social equity, availability of education and health care on overall quality of life. The discussion will examine both the positive and negative aspects of using living indices to measure quality of life, and will suggest possible alternatives or additions to these indices
