Founder of High Tech Academy, being the first innovative private project school in Kazakhstan opened in 2017.
Born on January 22, 1976 in the South Kazakhstan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics. Statistics and Computer Science (now MESI) majoring in finance and lending.
Also graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Kazakh State Law Academy (KazSLA).
In 1998–2004: Chairman of the Board of Directors at JSC Kostanai Minerals and JSC Orenburg Minerals.
In 2004–2009: member of the Board of Directors at JSC Bank TuranAlem.
From 2002 until now: Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Kusto Group holding structure.
In 2007–2009: Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Sekerbank T.A.S., Turkey.
From 2013 until now: member of the AlmaU Board of Trustees.
In 2006, was awarded with an honorary order – a national civil award of the Republic of Georgia for successful investment projects and for his considerable contribution; became an honorary citizen of Georgia, being the first foreigner so awarded.
In 2001, on the tenth anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was awarded with the Eren Enbek Ushin medal for his contribution to developing Kazakh science.
Married, has five children.
Hobbies: martial arts, fishing, hiking, hockey, reading.
