Rearranging Educational Program Upon Request

Once compiled educational program instantly becomes obsolete from the moment an instructional designer finished working on it. We either have to constantly update it, or it will buried as it is somewhere in our LMS. If we choose a change, then the program will hardly stay the same: changing the price list or cover sheet is not enough, because after certain time you will need to add or delete a whole block, and then change tasks in the test, or else part of the course will be backed up by live coach support so some of the topics will be irrelevant. While creating a course we want it to be simply perfect and cover all possible customer needs but it is not likely to happen. Luckily, a good program is not the one for the ages but the one allowing editing if required. During the session with Raiffeisen Bank team we will discuss how they adapted their program, and look at their story in the long run: how to start with an offline program and several tracks, then turn into blended learning, then switch to online and asynchronous learning gradually adding up webinars, Slack and gamification. Also find out what it has to do with tutors and how they are integrated into the programs, what are the fast ways of editing content, and how to work with long reads based on real cases.
