How to create happier classrooms and to start enjoying your work as a teacher!

The teacher at school is the most important person. They teach the students to learn, help the students when they have problems, deal with the parents, hold meetings and so on. The work is so demanding that many teachers have suffered from depression, burnout and fatigue. Solution-focused psychology is a new form of psychology that offers some interesting and effective ways to communicate with individual students, to work with the whole class and to conduct meetings with parents. Ben Furman is a psychiatrist from Finland who has worked many years with teachers and will share his knowledge of how to created happier students, teachers and schools.
