New school building project 2015–2021. The purpose of the project was a safe, healthy, and modern school that would offer a communal study and work environment. The new building is backed by a strong pedagogical vision based on the future-oriented thinking of the Finnish national curriculum (of 2014).
The use of the building has been planned together with a wide array of experts from different fields in more than 50 workshops. Designers, architects, teachers, students, and other experts from various fields have been involved in the planning.
