Elise Tarvainen

Elise Tarvainen has extensive experience as an expert in education and human resource development and in leading regional learning and innovation processes. She has a degree in education (M.A.), with a qualification as a class teacher and a subject teacher in Finnish education. Her Ph.D. studies are in the field of educational leadership and administration specializing in school safety and student wellbeing issues.
She has as a K-12 teacher and is still actively involved in school-based development processes related to the implementation of Finnish National Core Curriculum. Her focus has been on developing schools as communities with collaborative operational culture and student-centered teaching and learning methods. She is the co-author of Cookbook 2.0 Guidelines for Modern Built Learning Environments.
Ms. Tarvainen has robust experience with projects all over the world and especially in the GCC area. These assignments have offered a unique possibility to create innovative, world-class learning environments by fusing the best practices from Finnish and other education systems. She is also in great demand as a keynote speaker in various global educational forums.
As a VP and a member of executive management, she works with a team of high-caliber professionals to foster company's growth and achieve - or even exceed - the targets.
