Graduated from the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin in 2004 with qualification of systems engineer, economist-manager.

In 2017, he was trained at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, School of Rectors.

From December 2017 to September 2020 — CEO of ANO "University 2035".

From June 2017 to December 2017 — Head of the project office of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects (ASI).

From April 2015 to June 2017 — Chairman of the Board of the National Platform for Open Education Association.

From July 2010 to June 2017 — Deputy Vice Rector of the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin.

From July 2009 to July 2010 — Director of the State Budget Institution of the Sverdlovsk Region "Center for Information Processing and Monitoring of Education Quality".
