One of the major challenges of online education is low engagement among students. The problem became more critical during the pandemic when all university had to turn to online in no time. Many criticise distant education but only few actually are reshaping the format of the learning process, looking for new technologies and methods that can help a teacher to engage students and sustain their attention in an interactive format. What solutions universities and EdTech companies have already found, and can a thorough design of educational activities, personalisation, project-based and team-based learning, or complex digital solutions eventually save the reputation of distant education - find this out together with out speakers at the panel discussion.
