- EdTech Cases
The pandemic has taught us many lessons. One of the key lessons was that the educational system was insufficiently prepared to employ technology and establish the educational process without losing quality during lockdowns and quarantines. A mad haste between “we do everything ourselves at home” and “everything in Zoom” did not help to replace the face-to-face format with online. Everyone faced similar problems: a multiplied workload for teachers and their ill-preparation for new conditions, difficulties in creating and using content for distance learning, altering digital teaching methods to a familiar format, and quality control of the educational process. In search of a response to these challenges, many have turned their attention to HyFlex, a hybrid learning format that potentially fixes these problems. HyFlex maintains the advantages of face-to-face and distance learning and takes the education systems to the next level. Participants will learn what changes in teaching methods are required to introduce hybrid tools and what are potential software and hardware solutions.
