Learning journey map or what students want

The client journey and the employee journey are already familiar concepts. The next step for the T&D expert is to look at the student's educational journey. What are the differences between this approach and the usual system for developing training tracks? What key insights can be gleaned from studying the learner's journey? Does he know exactly what he wants, or should we offer him our own solutions? In this session we will look at training through the eyes of an employee and understand his deep needs and motivations.
