Hasan Esen completed high school education in computer science and graduated with an associate degree in Computer Programming from Bahçeşehir University. Subsequently, Hasan pursued a career in education, specializing in Computer and Instructional Technologies at Yıldız Technical University. He actively participated in educational seminars and volunteered at the EDTECH Summit as part of the organizing committee, contributing to Coderdojo Turkey, where he taught coding to students.
Hasan's professional journey includes roles as a Computer Teacher and Educational Technologies Specialist at Sezin Schools, SEV American High School, and ENKA Schools.
During his tenure at ENKA Schools, Hasan held the position of Head of the Computer Education and Instructional Technologies Department. There, he taught IB and AP Computer Science courses, actively contributed to teacher training and technology integration, led a team, guided learning design plans, observed day-to-day activities to identify areas for improvement, conducted vendor negotiations, and played a crucial role on the CIS & NEASC Visit Preparation Steering Committee.
Currently, Hasan serves as the Customer Experience Manager at ETZ Education. In this capacity, he specializes in developing and executing effective customer experience strategies, meticulously analyzing and enhancing customer journeys, and nurturing strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Hasan's expertise lies in collecting and assessing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement, streamlining operational processes, and providing comprehensive staff training in customer experience best practices.
He excels at monitoring key customer satisfaction metrics, generating informative reports, and ardently advocating for customer needs within the organization. Hasan's unwavering commitment to staying updated on industry trends and competitors equips him
