All over the world state and society set for schools the same task of ensuring equality and social justice. Reaching this task involves not only changes in the educational process, but also restructuring school management, introducing new principles of workforce management. Schools have to recruit staff with diverse set of talents and experiences and headhunt them in new and unconventional ways. How to create a team capable of bringing innovative solutions, and how to introduce diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policy at schools so that it genuinely has a significant positive effect - these and other questions will be answered during the panel discussion.
